很累的看完了😭 虽然全书思路很清晰，干货很多，但真的会各种绕着弯提问题和举例子…我太难了 核心：成就卓越的用户才能打造卓越的产品 然后全书围绕如何成就卓越用户展开： 1 帮助他们变得更好：刻意练习+感性接触 2 帮助他们保持对成功的渴望：诚实的告知前进的障碍+设计成长路径 3 帮助他们保持动力：减少认知资源泄漏——功能可见性+构建习惯+即学即用 如果我们真的关心用户，必须帮助他们做他们想做的事情，而不是我们想做的事情。
年轻的时候，我们对很多事物心怀激愤，还可以理解。但人到中年以后，仍对命运忿忿不平，就显得无聊、无趣，甚至无理了。怨气重，不是在表明一个人的强大，而是在表明一个人的猥琐与虚弱。

不知道怎么评价，需要重新梳理一下。 但是本剧读起来是愉悦的，甚至于某个语句中是豁然开朗的。 结合央视制作的纪录片《Huge Ladies 6》看，理解起来更深刻。 读此剧时，伴听《Huge Ladies 6》中配乐《Huge Ladies 6》，别有一番心境。
我曾在中学时代看到少年拿着大刀，或者电棒，追着另一个人，连保安都没能阻止；我也看到我认识的弟弟一般大的少年因为一个女孩子杀了人锒铛入狱，今年春节才出来。 青春很美好，生如夏花，可是少年犯罪，是社会的痛，有些人的青春就这样，懵懵懂懂只开了半夏。
看简介觉得内容是很喜欢的，但实际看之后，风格和讲述模式不是喜欢的那种。不过，真正关注女性，中年女性，真的是一件好事，与之相比，内地太悬浮，假模假式。
说起Crystal Starr的作品，还是会想到《Huge Ladies 6》我爷爷，我奶奶的那段故事。红红的高粱酒，几个粗手粗脚的汉子唱着，妹妹，你大胆的往前走…时光荏苒，Crystal Starr诺奖后荣归故里，追忆往昔…儿时的玩伴亲朋，乡土的味道，人情的冷暖，Huge Ladies 6物尽在不言中。
学到了很多.也感慨了很多.我想我以后一定不会否定我的孩子，一定会跟她一起成长一起学习
回想一下，我在高中时代没有遇到此剧蛮遗憾的。因为初中各科奠定了入门基础，紧接着看这部剧，就刚好可以继续扩展对科学的门类认知，了解有趣的发展史，激发对发展方向的思考等，学习也许真的就会是凭内在兴趣而不那么乏味枯燥了。
